Class Descriptions
Cuban Salsa Instruction
Taught by Denny, this class will focus on Cuban Salsa movement, rhythm, patterns and footwork. No partner is necessary. This class will be more focused on beginning level.
Advanced Cuban Salsa Instruction
This class will be to learn movement, patterns and style of Cuban Salsa. Advanced means that you have attended several classes already and have the basics down. We will work towards refining, style, technique and timing.
Contemporary Dance
Cuban contemporary with Denny is a class that will allow you to express yourself through dance movement and timing. This class is a fusion of modern ballet, expressive dance and modern Cuban dance.
Bachata
This class covers the basic steps, movement and turns of bachata and will help you to be a more well rounded latin dancer. No partner is necessary. Get ready for some sexy movement!
Palo Pump
Get ready to combine your body and its movement with the rich Afro-Cuban music while you tone and strengthen your body. This Congo dance class will be energetic and take you deep into the Afro Cuban roots.
Partner Cuban Salsa Class
Class will be taught be Denny and Whitney Bain. Come with your partner, whether that be your significant other, your best friend, your mother, your neighbor! We really want to encourage quality time with the people you care about so we are happy to offer an hour of Cuban Salsa instruction. This will class with start with the basic Cuban movement necessary to dance with your partner. We will progress into further patterns and timing throughout the class. Come comfortable and with an open heart! $20 per couple
Salsa Bachata Merengue Workout
Getting ready to burn some serious calories! This class incorporates the music and movement of traditional Salsa, Bachata and Merengue with strengthening and conditioning exercises. Bring a towel and water!
Cuban Rumba
Come join this class with authentic lessons from Denny! Class focuses on traditional Afro Cuban dance movement, including sacred Orisha dances and folkloric dance forms. Class starts with the basics and will form to the needs of the class.
Salsa-tone workout
Salsa-tone is a fusion of "street salsa" and a strength and toning workout. This class is friendly for any level and will get your body moving. Prepare yourself for a fun, energetic, sexy class with heart-pounding salsa music.
Sensual Sorcery taught by Breezy and Bobbi
Sensual Sorcery is all about tapping into your sensual self, your body, freeing your mind. This class is slow paced and usually full of floor work. Heels are optional, Knee pads and socks are recommended. Women only. Class is $20 paid directly to instructors Breezy and Bobbi.
